1. All items are 100% AUTHENTIC, Brand new, bought from Boutiques or premium outlet stores.
2. Price tag, care card are provided. Gift box as per request with add on postage.
3. Price listed excluded postage.
4. Kindly sms/email us to check for availability once order is made.
5. The order will only valid for 24 hrs.
6 Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel the order.
7. All sales are final, no refund or exchange after deposit has been made. Fully refund only applicable for out of stock circumstances.
8. Goods are fully checked and packed before send out. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, please inform us 24 hours upon receive.
9. The color of the actual product may be slightly different, because color accuracy has more to do with your monitor than with our site.
Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery service only applies on Monday to Friday. Item will be delivered out by Poslaju Malaysia.
Under normal circumstances (ready stock item), you get to receive your order within 2 - 5 business days from the day you place your order and make payment. We do not delivery on Public Holidays. We have noticed that there're usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end or receiver isn't standby at recipient address for pick-up. Therefore, please take this into consideration!
For those pre-order item, normally it will take 10 - 21 business days to deliver to your doorstep. It is advisable to order separately if you would like to purchase ready stock and pre-order items in one time.
You can track your package by visiting Poslaju Post Mail Tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided.

1.) All our merchandiser is scrupulously checked to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately.
2.) Please double check carefully whether everything are in good condition before acknowledge the receipt.
3.) If you feel your merchandise is damaged, please inform us on the day itself. We are not going to entertain any late request/response.
4.) The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge.
5.) If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you.
6.) If the damage is significant you will entitle for free return.

For those who unable to provide photographs to illustrate the problem and only giving subjective verbal descriptions, we will just take it as a reference and refer to the return goods for final decision. However, due to the large volume of orders being processed, mistakes are part of being human. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you may inform us and return the good(s) to us within 7 days.
